Our breakfast

In the early morning, after enjoying a stretch in a beautiful suite, visitors come down to the coffee shop to savour an espresso, a cortado or a cappuccino. The breakfast, served "à la carte" or in the formula every morning from 7am to 12pm on weekdays and from 8am to 12pm at weekends, is undoubtedly one of the hotel's best features. Our formula includes a freshly squeezed juice, a hot drink, a pastry or bread with butter and jam, a dish of your choice between the Granola, the fresh fruit plate, the farm eggs or the egg Benedict.

All products are carefully selected, favouring short circuits, sourced locally and respecting the seasons.
The best example: the Sookie's coffee, organically grown, fair trade and 90% carbon-free, delivered by sail with TOWT, an alternative and virtuous carrier.
